Application Process Checklist:
  • Online Application is due on Friday January 11, 2019 at 12:00pm noon
  • Information Sessions are optional but we recommend attending one of the following sessions:
    • Thursday November 22, 2018 from 8:00pm to 9:00pm in IB140
    • Wednesday November 28, 2018 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm in IB140
    • Tuesday January 8, 2019 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm in IB140
  • Résumé & Cover Letter Workshop facilitated by the UTM Career Centre (recommended):
    • Tuesday January 8, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at UTM Room. To attend this session, please register online at the UTM Career Centre - Events & Workshop Calendars in CLNx
  • Effective Carousel Interviews Workshops Facilitated by the UTM Career Centre (recommended):

  • Effective Interviews facilitated by the UTM Career Centre (recommended):
    • Thursday January 31, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at UTM Room. To attend this session, please register online at the UTM Career Centre - Events & Workshop Calendars in CLNx

  • Search for Job ID 133524 in CLNx and submit your cover letter and résumé.
    • Your cover letter must answer the following questions:
