Learning to Lead: Goal Setting & Reflection in Uncertain Times

Jul 21, 2020 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM

Registration Deadline: Jul 21, 2020 09:00 AM

Workshop Description: What are your interests, values, and goals? What motivates you? If you're involved in a club or organization, why did you get involved? Have you thought about your vision for year? We don't often ask ourselves these questions, but the events of 2020 may have us examining our values, goals and visions for the future. This workshop will help you to develop and articulate your vision and values, and learn how to engage others in this conversation. Participants will learn about the SMART goals framework and how to implement it for individual and organizational goal-setting. We will also discuss goal accountability, prioritizing, communicating progress, and reflection, all through the lens of setting goals in a changing and uncertain landscape.

*Registration is required so that the morning of the event we can send you the calendar invite to Join (the) Microsoft Teams Meeting. Please ensure to read your Registration Confirmation email for more details.
