If you're having trouble coping with the demands of university life? Or even regular everyday situations? This four-part Coping Skills workshop series is right for you!
Are your days full of all work and no play? Does your body feel tense? Has your sleep been affected? Would you like to find a way to add in pleasant activities to help you feel better? The Balanced Living workshop focuses on strategies to re-establish balance in your life, allowing you to complete tasks while also having time to do things that help you feel less stressed.
This workshop is facilitated by:

- Sean Martin, Wellness Counsellor & Coordinator
This session will be held on the Blackboard Collaborate platform and all University of Toronto students are welcome to attend. Please note that there is a maximum of 40 participants in this session - so register soon!
