C & CR (Part 1): Conflict & Me
Our emotions are affected by conflict and effect conflict in many ways. That is why both self-awareness and body-awareness can be keys for resolving conflict, allowing us to understand what is at the root of the conflict we are experiencing and what we can personally do about it. This session is part of a three-part series that will look at how to process, respond and resolve conflict within ourselves by looking at how conflict shows up in our minds and in our bodies.

*Registration is required so that we can send you the meeting link in advance of the workshop. Please ensure to read your Registration Confirmation email for more details and keep an eye out for the workshop link arriving in your inbox or spam folder within 24 hours of the workshop time & date.
