The 2020-2021 Ulead programs includes a host different workshops within 3 categories: 1) Organizational Development and Membership Engagement, 2) Executive Role Development, and 3) Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. And also offers options for self-directed learning opportunities!

Accountability and Tracking For Individuals
Check CLN to ensure that your workshop attendance has been recorded.

Individual Certificate Progress Emails will be sent at key times throughout the semester, so keep your eyes out for that!

For Groups:
Tracking is done through the Campus Organizations Coordinator and updates on group progress will be sent over email at several key points during the semester.

Leaders are encouraged to also keep record of the group points and which workshops people have attended.

Group leaders can show recognition to new members by seeing strengths and talents and encourage attendance at ULead to help individuals prepare for future executive roles.

Groups are encouraged to think strategically and purposefully about areas of improvement for individuals and for the group and select workshops to help develop these areas. The Campus Organizations Coordinator has great tools and insights to help your group with this.

A great practice that many groups use to ensure members are attending workshops is having regular training updates at group meetings. Individuals can give a quick overview of what they learned at the last workshop, which also helps to share and transition knowledge.
