Are you preparing to go home for the summer break? After spending several months or years in Canada, going home is exciting and comforting. You may also find that home is different from what it was when you left. Join this workshop to learn more about reverse culture adjustment and build confidence in navigating a new or unfamiliar environment. Through this workshop, you will reflect on your life in Canada, anticipate changes you may experience, and learn strategies to cope with reverse culture shock as you embark on your journey home.
