If you are job searching, especially if you are graduating in June or November of 2020, or are a recent graduate, this online conference is for you!
Smart Job Hunting takes place online between May 4th and May 8th, between the hours of 10 AM and 1 PM (agenda below). You can attend the sessions of your choice. Most sessions will be in a live, virtual format. If you have internet access challenges, please call our front desk at

Our one-week online conference will help you:
- Learn how to job search in this time, and the impact of recent events on the job market.
- Develop an organized job search plan.
- Hear from recruiters and alumni about the employer perspective on job searching in the current circumstances, including tips on applying through Applicant Tracking Systems and video interviews.
- Develop skills you will need throughout your career, such as resume and cover letter writing, interviewing and networking.
- Get peer feedback on your resume and cover letter, and practice your interview skills on Feedback Friday.
- Graduating students will gain access to full-time job postings offered to U of T students!
