Full-time roles for students graduating in 2022 and recent graduates + summer 2022 internships.

As an Area Manager, you will lead a large team of 20-200 hourly associates in a fast-paced production warehouse environment. Your main role as an Area Manager is to motivate, coach, and engage with your associates. You will be asked to innovate and simplify. The Area Manager role empowers you to take ownership in running a department efficiently, make changes that can have major impacts on the business. Full-time roles are available to those with a bachelor's degree or master's degree with a conferral date between May 2020 and August 2022.

Summer 2022 internships are also available (10 weeks in length). In these internships, you will:
• Present an Operations related project to site leadership.
• Attend and participate in lectures by Amazon business leaders
• Learn about daily metric and volume goals to drive productivity within the operations process.
• Assist in leading a large team of 20-200 hourly associates in a fast-paced production warehouse environment. Motivate, coach, and engage with your associates.
• Take ownership in running a department efficiently, make changes that can have major impacts on the business. 

 


Target Audience

Students and recent graduates from all years and programs of study. Open to all University of Toronto campuses.
