Target Audience: This event will target 4th year or Recent Graduates. This is event is also open to ALL  U of T students in any program and year of study who would like to learn more about DHL.

Inside Sales Representative

The DHL High Performance Sales Program (HPSP) is looking for a highly motivated individual who is ready to elevate their career. This is not a job, joining our team is a long-term rewarding career. For you, this means succeeding through our engaging and equally rewarding dynamic sales roles.

You will apply, learn and build on your foundations of sales - and be introduced to best-in-class resources that allow you to sell from the buyer's perspective making you a subject matter expert. You will be responsible for end to end sales cycle which includes Connect, Engage, Convert, and Retain.

What you'll do;
  • Hunt for new business through cold calling
  • Leverage our in house CRM system to qualifying warm and hot leads
  • Develop new and existing business opportunities through effective pipeline management
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers through multiple mediums such as telephone, email, SMS, and online video platforms
  • Increase your close rate to meet sales targets
  • Engage with customers at all different levels of the organization, understanding their needs, resolving pain points and delivering value propositions
  • Collaborate with peers and internal partners to bring the best service to your customers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • College/University Degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior sales experience, inside or outside is an asset
  • Bilingual (French & English) an asset
  • Highly achievement oriented and customer satisfaction focused.
  • Proficient with technical computer software skills (Microsoft).
  • Strong communication, problem solving and information seeking skills.
  • Flexibility to interact and cooperate with all employee and Customer levels.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
