We are excited to invite you to the 2-day University of Toronto Career Fair. to connect with Canada's #1 most employable graduates and students! This year's fair will offer a combination of virtual and in-person programming, including a special employer-only professional development opportunity.  

September 21st, 2022: Online Networking
September 22nd, 2022: In-Person Fair

At the U of T Career Fair, you will be able to:  

  • Connect with students at the in-person fair or through virtual networking appointments to build a strong campus presence and personalize your recruitment process 
  • Access workshops and consultations to learn how to meaningfully engage diverse students by better understanding their interests and needs  
  • Leverage the use of a virtual booth to showcase your organization and employment opportunities using multi-media to attract talented and diverse undergraduate and graduate students as well as recent grads  

Employers who register to attend in person at the fair will also receive an invitation to a special employer-only professional development opportunity that will provide insight on effective recruitment strategies, steps towards prioritizing equity in the workplace, and ongoing opportunities to engage students and recent graduates.

Registration & Sponsorship Packages 

By registering and paying, you are requesting to join the U of T Career Fair. Our team will follow up with you to confirm your participation based on current registration goals. Organizations that are not selected will receive a full refund. 

How to register 

  1. Log into CLNx or set up an account if you are not already registered as an employer with us. 
  2. Choose and pay for the registration package that suits your needs on CLNx by August 29, 2022.
  3. Emails regarding attendance status will be sent by end of July. Confirmed employers will receive further information and instructions to support your virtual and/or in-person attendance at the fair.  
Please note that there is a maximum number of employers we can allow at the fair. Sign up early to ensure your spot is confirmed and to access the registration discount!  

Registration Packages 

A) Sponsorship Package - Full Hybrid participation including access to all online & in-person fair components 

B) Standard Registration - In-Person, Online, and Hybrid options.
 
C) Non-Profit, Canadian Government (City, Provincial, Federal/ National), and Indigenous Organizations - Includes all equivalent standard registration features at a reduced cost.

    • Includes employer information and access to pre-scheduled networking calls with students 
2. Staff Support
  • Advising Session: A one-on-one tailored consultation on how your organization can best engage and recruit students at the fair 
  • Set-up Support: Staff support setting up your organization's profile on the virtual platform 
  • Full-service Recruitment Information Session (pre-Fair) 
3. Valuable Recruitment Information
  • Equity & Student Engagement Session: Invitation to a special employer-only professional development opportunity   
  • Student Recruitment & Engagement Guide: Includes best practices and strategies to engage students in-person and/or online 
  • Job postings on the University of Toronto's Job Board (CLNx) 

B) Standard Registration

Online - $200 (+HST)
  • Standard showcase tile on virtual platform  
    • Includes employer information and access to pre-scheduled networking calls with students 
  • Group orientation to the virtual platform
  • Student Recruitment & Engagement Guide: Includes best practices and strategies to engage students in-person and/or online 
  • Job postings on the University of Toronto's Job Board (CLNx) 

Hybrid - $600 (+HST)
  • Includes all in-person and online components for standard registration 
  • Employers who select this option must commit to both in-person and online participation requirements 

C) Non-Profit, Canadian Government, and Indigenous Organizations Registration

Includes all equivalent standard registration features at a reduced cost:

In-Person - $150 (+HST)
Online - $50 (+HST)
Hybrid - $200 (+HST)
