- To express your interest, please complete the Call for Interest: September 23, 2025 University of Toronto Career Fair, St. George (Downtown) Campus Form. The estimated time to complete the form is 10 minutes. Early bird registration rate applies until June 1, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.

2. University of Toronto Scarborough Campus
- Get Experience Fair: seeking community and non-profit organizations for volunteer and part-time employment opportunities! (Wednesday, September 18, 2025)! To participate, please reach out to Leesa McLeish-Diaz (she/her), Employer Engagement Coordinator, l.mcleishdiaz@utoronto.ca?in July / August 2025.?
- Summer and Full-Time Job Fair: high volume recruitment event and opportunity to build your brand on campus taking place on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. To participate, please contact us at: career.utsc@utoronto.ca.
- Employer Information Sessions: typically, 1 hour in length hosted in-person or virtually during the Fall / Winter semester. Cost: $150+HST
- Job Shadowing + mini project: occurs during Fall and Winter Reading Weeks. Professionals within your organization would be matched with 1-5 students for job shadowing whether in-person or virtually. An optional mini-project would be assigned to the student(s) and presented on the final day of shadowing.
- In the Field: approximately 3-hour commitment. Occurs during various times throughout the Fall / Winter semester (often at the convenience of the employer). Typically, 20-30 students attend your place of employment for a behind-the-scene tour and panel discussion with various roles.
- Mentoring for Networking Events and Panels:?opportunity for employers to network with students in specific areas. E.g. IT & Tech Networking Night, Science Networking, Careers after Psychology, etc.

- Information Sessions: A recruitment-style presentation with information about your organization, available positions, recruitment timelines, and what you are looking for in an applicant. Cost: $150+HST.
