The annual University of Toronto Career Fair: Tuesday, September 17, 2024 (In-Person)

- Please complete the Call for Interest: University of Toronto Career Fair 2024, St. George Campus Form to get started. The estimated time to complete the form is 10 minutes. Early bird registration rate applies until July 19, 2024. (You can view the Call for Interest (PDF) to see what information is required for the form submission.)

2. University of Toronto Scarborough Campus
- Get Experience Fair (seeking non-profit and community organizations): Wednesday, September 11, 2024
- Summer and Full-Time Job Fair: high volume recruitment event and opportunity to build your brand on campus! (Wednesday, January 22, 2025)
- Employer Information Sessions: typically, 1 hour in length hosted in-person or virtually during the Fall/Winter semester. Cost: $150+HST
- Job Shadowing + mini project: occurs during Fall and Winter Reading Week. Professionals within your organization would be matched with 1-5 students for job shadowing whether in-person or virtually. A mini-project would be assigned to the student(s) and presented on the final day of shadowing.
- In the Field: approximately 3-hour commitment. Occurs during various times throughout the Fall/Winter semester (often at the convenience of the employer). Typically, 20-30 students attend your place of employment for a behind-the-scene tour and panel discussion with various roles.
- Mentoring for Networking Events and Panels: opportunity for employers to network with students in specific areas. E.g. IT & Tech Networking Night, Science Networking, Careers after Psychology, etc.

- Get Hired Fair: Join us for our high-volume recruitment event and build your employer brand on campus, slated for Wednesday, September 18th, 2024 & Wednesday, January 15th, 2025. Feel free to fill out our Expression of Interest form so we can connect!
- Information Sessions - A recruitment-style presentation with information about your organization, available positions, recruitment timelines, and what you are looking for in an applicant. Cost: $150+HST.
- Looking to hire a recent grad? Connect with us about our Recent Graduates Opportunity Program.
- Interested in hosting students for a Job Shadow? Help students gain insight into an industry or career.
- In The Field connects a group of students or recent graduates with professionals working in various occupations within one organization between September to April.
