1. University of Toronto St. George Campus

The September 2025 annual University of Toronto Career Fair, St. George (Downtown) Campus
Experiential Learning & Alumni Engagement Program

Interested in supporting student and alumni career exploration? Engage in one of our experiential programs to contribute to students' firsthand learning about diverse roles, workplaces and organizations as they explore careers! To learn more, please reach out to careerexploration@utoronto.ca

  1. Job Shadowing & In the Field
    • Become a Job Shadowing host (in-person or virtual opportunities) and offer firsthand opportunities for students to experience and learn about your career.
    • Support In the Field and offer students an opportunity to experience hands-on learning, explore your workplace, and / or learn more about your career journey!
  2. U of T Alumni Engagement
    • Are you a University of Toronto Alumni interested in volunteering to support students and recent graduates in their career exploration journey? We offer a variety of programs and connection points for you to share your career learnings and experiences. Your participation can make a significant impact on students' career education.

2. University of Toronto Scarborough Campus

  • Summer and Full-Time Job Fair: high volume recruitment event and opportunity to build your brand on campus taking place Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Please complete the UTSC Summer & Full-Time Job Fair Request to Participate form.
  • Science Networking Night: opportunity for employers and professionals in the sciences and healthcare fields to network with students taking place on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
  • Employer Information Sessions: typically, 1 hour in length hosted in-person or virtually during the Fall / Winter semester. Cost: $150+HST
  • Job Shadowing + mini project: occurs during Fall and Winter Reading Weeks. Professionals within your organization would be matched with 1-5 students for job shadowing whether in-person or virtually. An optional mini-project would be assigned to the student(s) and presented on the final day of shadowing.
  • In the Field: approximately 3-hour commitment. Occurs during various times throughout the Fall / Winter semester (often at the convenience of the employer). Typically, 20-30 students attend your place of employment for a behind-the-scene tour and panel discussion with various roles.
