Post Jobs

Welcome to the UofT job boards, accessed by over 80,000 students and recent graduates from all three campuses - Mississauga, St. George (downtown) and Scarborough.  Post full-time, part-time, summer, and paid internships for free.  We advertise full-time permanent positions to recent graduates and students in their graduating year.

You can post for free on two different job boards to serve your needs:

  • Off-campus Jobs - these are paid positions posted year-round
  • Volunteer Positions - these are on and off-campus part-time and short-term unpaid opportunities that may include a stipend. They are posted year-round and provide meaningful, short-term, skill building opportunities for students and recent graduates

We welcome volunteer postings from non-profit and charitable organizations; all other unpaid postings must abide by Ministry of Labour guidelines and the standards for unpaid internships in Ontario.

All positions listed with the Tri-Campus career services must include the name of the organization and a contact name. The Tri-Campus career services will not post positions for organizations that request money in the form of application fees, donations or investments, as part of the job application process.  The Tri-Campus career services reserve the right to decline job postings.

The University of Toronto does not endorse or recommend employers, and employment or volunteer postings on the Career & Co-curricular Learning Network do not constitute endorsement or recommendation. The university is not responsible for the practices of employers or conditions of off-campus employment opportunities. The university makes no representations or guarantees about the employment or volunteer postings or accuracy of the information provided by the employers. Students and graduates are responsible for researching organizations and verifying the employment terms and conditions with the employer before applying to or accepting opportunities.

Important update: Effective January 1, 2026, under the Employment Standards Act, Bill 149 requires Ontario employers (employers with 25+ employees) to comply with the following job posting requirements on all publicly posted job advertisements:

  • AI disclosure: Clearly state if AI tools will be used during the hiring process.
  • No "Canadian experience" requirement: Job postings or applications cannot require it.
  • Vacancy status: Indicate whether the posting is for an existing vacancy or a new role.
  • Applicant follow-up: For interviewed candidates, inform them within 45 days (after last interview) whether a hiring decision has been made-via in person, written, or tech-enabled communication.
