Mentoring and Coaching Conversations

This is part 2 of Mentorship Foundations a 3 part training program for new mentors - you can take all 3 parts in one day or spread them across a number of weeks.   If you wish to register for each workshop you must do so separately.
 
 
This workshop is a practical session where you will discover how to use your communication skills to have impactful conversations with your mentee.
Students will be able to:

• Describe the characteristics of an effective (mentoring) conversation
• Practice listening and discovering more information with empathy
• Practice asking open ended questions and giving strength based feedback
