In this workshop, learn strategies to managing procrastination and find motivation as a work-from-home student. Discover ways to support your self-regulation so you can start and finish academic work. 

  • Discover motivational short-cuts and longer-term strategies 
  • Become time aware and develop a realistic daily routine 
  • Learn how to manage distractions and prioritize your academic work

Our Learning Skills webinars, facilitated by one of our in-house Learning Strategists at Accessibility Services, are geared towards developing academic skills needed to succeed in a remote learning environment.

  • If you already have access to Microsoft Teams, then all you need to do is click the link, and you will be connected for the session. If you prefer, you can enable only audio. 
  • We recommend that you test this feature before your meeting to make sure everything works properly.
