What is University Learning? (Foundations for University Learning Mini Course) 
Wondering what it's like to be a university learner? Whether you're curious, nervous or just excited about your academic transition, this 4-part mini course will help you to explore what university learning is like and build your foundation for academic success at U of T. 

• Discover the differences between high school and university learning
• Discover university-level and discipline-specific expectations
• Identify and apply your strengths to this new adventure   

The Foundations for University Learning mini course is made up of 4 sessions. Choose the sessions that are appropriate for you and register for each: 

• The Science & Practice of Learning (Thursday, August 19 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time) 
• Activate Your Curiosity for Better Critical Thinking (Tuesday, August 24 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time) 
• Build Your Academic Resourcefulness (Thursday, August 26 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time) 

Together these provide the foundational tools and perspectives for your academic journey at U of T.
