Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. Science has proved that the body cannot differentiate between simulated and real laughter. Laughter Yoga sessions are fun and playful! They start with gentle warm-up techniques which include stretching, chanting, clapping, and body movement. Breathing exercises are used to prepare the lungs for laughter.
The Interfaith Meditation Series is CCR certified. The co-curricular record (CCR) captures the experiences and skills you learn beyond the classroom on an official document. We host sessions every month so attending 4 sessions from the series will automatically add this experience to your professional record. This way you can refer to it in professional settings (like job interviews) with much more confidence!
