We've got the recipe for considering how eating habits can interfere with your wellness. The secret ingredient? Combine relaxation and mindfulness with practical nutritional knowledge.

Note: Student wishing to participate in the mindful eating meditation exercises, please have a small piece of chocolate (any type) and a small box of raisins (grapes, or any small food item will do) on hand.
