Does your to-do list overwhelm you? In this workshop, explore the different types of work you need to do to learn effectively and how to make the most of your brain's limited resources. 

  • Work around your energy not your time  
  • Reflect on the factors that can help you prioritize different academic tasks  
  • Set clear outcome and process goals so you can meet your academic objectives with confidence 
This workshop will be held online on Zoom.   
  • Live captioning is available.   
  • Interactive activities may include online polling apps and the chat feature.   
  • The session will not be recorded. We will share slides and resources with all registrants.   
  • Keeping your camera on is welcome but optional.
