Interfaith movie nights are a fun opportunity to relax and connect. Every month we will show films highlighting a diverse array of faith traditions and expereinces.
Monkey Beach tells the story of Lisa Hill, a young Haisla woman dealing with her rebellious past, dark supernatural gifts, and who is obsessed with preventing the death of her younger brother, who is lost out at sea. Based on Eden Robinson's celebrated novel.

The screening will take place at Main Activity Room in Koffler House, (569 Spadina Crescent), where we will provide a safe and inclusive space for all attendees. Following the screening, there will be a casual talkback session to think through the themes and experiences on-screen. We look forward to sharing these powerful and meaningful film with you.
Accessibility: There is ramp and elevator access to the building. The room is also accessible, with an open floorplan to move chairs and tables to accommodate patrons with mobility needs. Listen hearing assistance system available upon request.
