If you're having trouble coping with the demands of university life-or even regular everyday situations-this four-part Coping Skills workshop series is right for you!
 
Do you experience periods of panic, sadness, or frustration that overwhelm you and prevent you from being effective in your day to day life? Do you find yourself acting according to your emotions or getting stuck in uncomfortable emotions? The Emotion Regulation Workshop focuses on identifying emotions and then skills to address emotion-driven behaviours that may make the situation worse and/or maintain unwanted emotions.
 
This workshop is facilitated by:

  • Alyssa Chow, Wellness Counsellor & Coordinator
Session information:
This session will be held on the Zoom platform and all University of Toronto students are welcome to attend. Please note that there is a maximum of 40 participants in this session - so register soon!
