Admission Letters and Personal Statements with Writing Plus

Nov 14, 2025 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Online

Registration Deadline: Nov 14, 2025 09:00 AM

Most graduate programs require that you create a personal statement or letter of intent to communicate your intentions and interests for applying to the program.

This session will introduce key components to incorporate into a successful personal statement, and through reviewing samples we'll discuss and identify a writing and editing strategy to help you effectively create your own statement.

This session will be co-facilitated by staff from Career Exploration & Education and a Writing Centre; it can be used as credit towards the completion of Writing Plus.
