Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Breakfast with Employers

An exclusive opportunity for equity-deserving students and new graduates to connect with 12 employers in a welcoming environment. Organizations from various industries will share about their diversity and inclusiveness resources or programs to support their staff.

Agenda

Breakfast is served starting at 9:00 a.m.
9:10 a.m.   - Opening remarks and keynote presentation (15 min)
9:25 a.m.   - Introduction of employers and alumni (20 min)
9:45 a.m.   - Speed networking; two rounds (30 min)
10:15 a.m. - Open networking and closing remarks (45 min)
11:00 a.m. - Conclusion of the event

Who Can Attend

The event is open to all University of Toronto students and recent graduates who self-identify as people from equity-deserving groups. This includes individuals who may experience discrimination or harassment based on social identities, including but not limited to race, ethnic origin, gender expression, sex and/or sexual orientation, disability, and other. All are welcome!

Students and recent graduates from all programs and years of study are welcome to attend.

This is a safer space where honest conversations are welcome.

Registration is required. Hurry up - limited spots are available. 

All registered students/graduates will receive information on the attending organizations, their representatives, and networking tips prior to the event.
