Marketing and Communications Assistants (MAs) Job ID 215251
Interested in a career in Communications? Advertising? Marketing? Design? Marketing Assistants increase participation in Career Centre services and events by developing and implementing marketing campaigns and producing eye-catching promotional materials.

Events Assistants (EAs) Job ID 215254
Support the planning and delivery of Career Centre events with employers and alumni - fairs, networking sessions, panel discussions, and more!

Research Assistants (RAs) Job ID 215442
Research Assistants help Career Centre staff with survey and evaluation projects. This includes compiling and analysing survey and evaluation results, and writing reports based on results.

Library Assistants (LA) Job ID 214831
The Library Assistant (LA) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating the in-person and online UTM Career Centre Library. The LA also participate in Career Fairs, research careers, special projects, and helps maintain up-to-date career information on the bulletin board.

Career Assistants (CAs) ***(Coming June 2023)***
Want to help other students? Want to learn more about your own career direction? Career Assistants offer assistance to students in the Career Centre, linking students to relevant print and internet resources about career planning and work search. CAs also perform other duties including researching careers and helping at Career Fairs.

 

How to Apply:

  1. Attend an info session on Tues Feb 7th or Thursday Feb 9th.
  2. View the Job Postings posted here on Career Learning Network (CLN). 
  3. Update your resume by attending the Resume & Cover Letter Workshop and follow-up with an individual resume critique before the deadline date.
  4. Finally, submit your application on CLN by Friday, Feburary 24, 2023.
There is no dress code for this event.
