  • 83% of HR professionals say cover letters are important for their hiring decisions (Resume Lab 2023 Survey) 
In this workshop you will learn how to:
  • Describe how to prioritize employer wants by using the position requirements tool
  • Apply their knowledge of applicant tracking systems to update their job applications
  • Identify 3 strategies for writing an effective, tailored cover letter 
  • Express genuine interest in a position on their cover letter 
Format : 90 min workshop with interactive hands-on partner work, followed by 60 minutes of quick resume/cover letter reviews with Career Centre staff
