Paws & Picnic with Dino AND Yoga (Drop-In)

Summer Edition!

Spend time outdoors with Dino and friends! We are excited to host Paws & Unwind under the sun. Bring a friend, your favourite summer activity (frisbee, yoga mat, tennis ball-anything goes!), and feel free to pack your own lunch to enjoy picnic-style.

**The RAWC will be joining us on Thursday, July 3 and Wednesday, August 20 to lead outdoor yoga sessions for anyone interested in relaxing, stretching, and striking a few downward dog poses. Yoga mats will be provided**

Open to all students, staff and faculty. No appointment necessary! Just drop by. 

*Note, in the event of rain, Paws & Picnic will be held in the HUB Activity room. Check CLNx for changes to location.

Meet Our Therapy Dog Team: April & Dino

Dino is a bundle of joy ready to provide comfort and companionship. While you're petting Dino, you can relax and recharge, taking a break from the hustle and bustle of university life. He is a 5 year old rescue dog from Antigua who has a very gentle demeanor and enjoys meeting students. 

April is a Career Outreach Consultant at the UTM Career Centre and Dino's handler. April has worked at UTM for over 16 years and has extensive knowledge of on-campus opportunities. April can answer your questions and provide personalized advice regarding part-time work, work-study, volunteer work, internships, ROPs, and other ways to gain valuable experience while studying. Whether you're looking to boost your resume, explore new interests, or find your passion, April can help!
