At this drop-in session, you are welcome to join us at any point throughout the allocated session hours. Feel free to stay for as long or as little as you'd like!


Have you found it difficult to find information: for example, workshops, events, resources to help you with stress and mental health issues? Are you having difficulty making career decisions, finding internships and Work-study opportunities? Do you find you are the last to hear about activities on campus? Are you always studying to achieve good grades and as such is not involved in clubs and associations? Are you experiencing conflict? Do you have to leave campus immediately after class to take care of a family member? Do you hang out with friends in your community that is affecting your academic performance? Are you worried about your finances? If you answer yes to any of these questions, know that you are not alone. The Career Centre has resources to help you.  The staff will work with you in a group or individually and provide campus resources and support to ensure you are successful.
