Event Description: Bring Your Appetite! Join Kraft Heinz Canada for our upcoming info session on November 24th. Participants will have a chance to hear and network with the VP of Supply Chain, Anna Petrova. Other members of the business will also be available to answer any questions you might have for the company, team, and more specifically around the Trainee Program. We look forward to meeting you all at our table.
Trainee Program Description: This program is for third-year students looking for a summer internship to learn from industry leaders. High-performing interns are invited to return to Kraft Heinz Canada in a full-time capacity, post-graduation. Returning interns will go directly into the Trainee Program where they will participate in a three-month accelerated development plan intended to provide the skills and knowledge needed to grow your career with the company.
During the summer internship, you will join one of our passionate teams and be given the opportunity to deliver tangible business results. Our internship is designed for those who are seeking a performance-based culture where your ambition, work ethic, passion, and ability to deliver results will be recognized.
When you return for the three-month accelerated development plan as a full-time employee, you'll join fellow interns who have returned to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, have multiple opportunities to contribute directly to our business, and be recognized and rewarded for performance at every level. You will add value as a full-time employee from day one, doing real work, and delivering actual results.
The Trainee Program?s initial intern phase is divided into five function-specific tracks from which you can choose the track to begin your career journey at Kraft Heinz. These tracks are designed to guide placement following the internship. Functions: Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support
Important Registration Info - Please Read: Registration closes at 8.00am on the day of the event (or earlier if spaces fill). All registered students will be sent an access link within 24 hours of the event start time. On event day, please sign in to Zoom using your full name as listed on your UofT TCard so we can identify you. Please note that only registered students will be signed into the event. Latecomers more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted.
Recording & Student Information Disclosure: To facilitate recruitment, your name and email may be shared with the employer.
Cancellation: If your plans have changed and you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your regulation on CLNx at least 24 hours prior to the event time. When you do not attend an event or do not cancel your registration on time, you are preventing another student from attending the information session. Please be respectful and responsible to your student community, the employers, and plan your attendance accordingly.
