Get Hired is an interactive, annual conference offered by the Academic Advising & Career Centre (AA&CC) designed to equip upcoming and new UofT graduates with the necessary strategies, tools, skills, and confidence to find and keep work. This three-day conference will be held from Monday April 28 - Wednesday April 30, 2025.
Please note: This conference will be held in-person, on campus in our new Sam Ibrahim Building! Registration will close Wednesday April 23, 2025.
The conference will include keynote speakers, interactive workshops, a demo interview with our employer partners and an Alumni networking night where students can meet and greet with prospective employers who may be hiring. Please note that you must attend the afternoon's learning sessions in order to attend the evening networking sessions. In addition, we have now set up a permanent booth for LinkedIn profile photos which will be available, free of charge! Come dressed to impress (business casual) for all days of programming!
Who Can Participate?
Students in Year 3 or 4+ of their degree (i.e., around 14 or more credits completed), as well as new and recent U of T graduates (undergraduate or graduate) up to 2 years after graduation, should attend. Preference will be given to recent graduates and students in their graduating year.
