Workshop Description:
During these unprecedented times, we can find ourselves experiencing challenges with physical distancing and isolation in uniquely individual ways. During times of uncertainty it can help to understand our natural talents and leverage these when approaching new challenges. Offered by the Clubs & Leadership Development Office within Student Life, this workshops will allow you to complete the StrengthQuest© Inventory and learn your Top 5 Strengths. Through a guided self-reflection and group discussion, explore what your strengths mean and how to leverage them during challenging situations.

Once registered you will recive an e-mail from the presenter within 24 -48 hours with further details on how to access the online forum.

*Registration is required so that the morning of the event we can send you the calendar invite to Join (the) Microsoft Teams Meeting. Please ensure to read your Registration Confirmation email for more details. 

If you are taking this workshop as a part of a Leadership or Ulead Certificate, please click here and search for your program to get more information on completing your certificate. 

What you will need & access:

  • Please have something to record your thoughts with.
  • This workshop requires access to the internet for an uninterrupted hour of time although a call-in number will also be provided for a less participatory option.
  • You can request the slides ahead of time (or after) to support your participation and/or learning.
  • The workshop will be presented in English with English and closed captioning available via MS Teams. There is also a translation function for the comments. 
Please note that our workshops may contain interactive components. You might be invited to engage with the workshop using the chat function, virtual breakout rooms, and will have the option to contribute using your mic and/or video functions.
