In this workshop we will look at the idea of inclusive-ness and creation of an inclusive environment within mentoring relationships. We will discuss the aspects of power and how this is impacted as a leader.
Students will be able to:
Define inclusivity
Determine inclusive strategies they can employ in their relationships.
Identify components of having difficult conversations
