Yoga is an energy management practice which offers many tools.Vedas literally means "knowledge" and this vast body of wisdom from sub-continent of ancient India offers "Yoga Vidya" - "science of yoga" to heal the body and mind. According to yoga dis-ease is mismanagement of energy/prana and yoga provides us with numerous techniques to harness the flow of prana. This workshop will explore some of these techniques called Pranayama(s)(meaning extension of prana/Energy or breath based techniques)and Mantra(s)(mental focus techniques) and to brief introduction to finding a seat!
