This week in Create & Connect we will use visualization techniques and reflection to generate detailed descriptions of a place or setting in our creative wriitng. This beginner friendly class will involve meeting other students, trying meditation and prompts to inspire creative writing.
Facilitator Lauren Brown is a PhD student in the department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning. She is also the Meditation, Mindfulness and Yoga Program Coordinator with the Division of Student Life.
