  • Goal Statement: Welcome new and returning First Generation* undergraduate students (domestic and international) to a supportive First Generation community at U of T;
  • Learning Outcome: First Generation students who participate will be able to choose from numerous academic and co-curricular strategies, to support becoming a successful student;
  • Description: Attend and talk with your First Generation peers, professional and graduate students, working professionals, and professors from different departments. Find out about the services, supports and resources they used / recommend to succeed at U of T. Bring your questions, network and socialize! *First Generation students are those whose parent(s) did not complete a post-secondary degree in Canada, and represent approximately 25% of all students at U of T;
