"Looking to land your first job?"
If you are a recent graduate currently looking for work, this in-person program is for you! 

Job Seekers Club is a cohort-based program designed to provide tools and strategies for recent graduates who are looking for work.
The program will keep you on track with your job hunt by providing you with individual support and connecting you with peers who are also entering the career world! We will share strategies and resources to aid your job search and work together to maintain motivation and focus.

Through Job Seekers Club you will learn to:

  • Develop a targeted job search strategy
  • Customize your resume and cover letter
  • Network and interview effectively
  • Build essential skills alongside other job seekers
The program will run over 7 sessions starting March 2nd (1 virtual intro session + 6 in-person sessions, full dates/times below).
Recommendations for individual work activities outside of the sessions will be provided.

Please note, to be eligible participants MUST meet the following requirements:  
  • Graduation status:
    • a recent graduate (within the last two years), or
    • a student who has completed their full course requirements and be graduating in 2023
  • Available to attend all 7 sessions, as follows:
    • Virtual (Zoom)
      • Thursday, March 2nd, 10:00 - 10:30am
    • In-Person (Student Commons (230 College St, Toronto): Rooms 556 & 558)
      • Tuesday, March 7th, 10:00am - 12:00pm
      • Thursday, March 9th, 10:00am - 12:00pm
      • Tuesday, March 14th, 10:00am - 12:00pm
      • Thursday, March 16th, 10:00am - 12:00pm
      • Tuesday, March 21st, 10:00am - 12:00pm
      • Thursday, March 23rd, 11:30am - 1:30pm*
  • Must be actively job searching
What you need to know:
  • Registration opens February 10th @ 9:00am ET - spots are limited! 
  • Arrive on time (or early) - we will start promptly at the start time.
  • If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to allow others to participate!
  • If there is additional capacity, waitlisted individuals will be notified via e-mail prior to the start of the session.
  • Only inidivduals who have completed their full course load and will graduate in 2023, and recent alumni (within the past two years) are eligible to attend.
