The UTM Career Centre is excited to offer Crossroads. Crossroads is a creative, playful, and imaginative way to begin thinking about and managing your career and the anxiety you may be experiencing.
Join us to explore careers through Expressive Arts Therapy (EXAT). You will use visual arts, writing, drama, music, and movement to discover creative ways to respond to your life and questions about the future. You will learn how to use the arts as tools to help communicate, identify and respond to issues, and gain valuable insights into any fears and problems you may be experiencing around careers. No previous skill level or experience in any art form is needed- All students are welcome!
Thursday, January 25 - Confronting Burnout
Prioritizing our well-being prevents physical, mental and emotional burnout. Expressive art therapy makes space to find points of difficulties through curiosity, engagement and fun!
