What's Cooking: Intercultural Food Discussions - Cook Hakka Hot & Sour Soup with Yueh Tung Restaurant

With such a diverse population at UTSC learning about different types of food can help facilitate intercultural learning. Through our cooking sessions, students are able to explore the relationship between food and culture from different perspectives. Students enjoy a hands-on cooking experience and develop their problem-solving skills in the kitchen.

We will be cooking with Jeanette of Yueh Tung Restaurant (https://yuehtungrestaurant.com/). Join us as we make delicious hot and sour soup together!  
The recipe and grocery list will be shared via email to registrants two business days before the event.  We will give away snack gift baskets to three participants!  You may be the lucky one!
