For almost all employers, and grad schools, experience is one of the most important factors they look for when choosing candidates.
Experience is like currency, the more of it you have, the more you have to offer and can negotiate with.
So how can you gain experience and how do you even get your job application noticed when 70-80% of applications can be rejected without even being seen by a recruiter?
In this session, we will not only look at how to gain valuable experience through a successful job search, but also breakdown and understand the jobs you are applying to and how to match yourself to what the employers are actually looking for.
